JOHN SEXTON WEB SITE UPDATE
For those who have asked, we are indeed working on the johnsexton.com web site. In fact, some minor enhancements have been made there, and the "real" site should be up and running sometime (I used to say soon). Cliff Rusch, who has done a fantastic job designing my calendars for the last three years, as well as "Places of Power," is working on the project, and doing a handsome job. When the "real" site is live we hope you will find it to be a site that contains worthwhile photographic information, along with a selection of images, and schedules, etc. Those on this email list will be the first to know when the new site is live and online at:
http://johnsexton.com
In the meantime, I thought you might like to see the web site that Kodak and Photo District News recently produced. I am quite pleased with the way it turned out. They did a handsome job.

SOME THOUGHTS ON PHOTOGRAPHY
Memorable comments by noted photographers:
"Dodging and burning are steps to take care of mistakes god made in establishing tonal relationships!
- Ansel Adams
"You will never make a photograph that everyone likes. So, make sure you like every one of your photographs."
- Oliver Gagliani
Well, I'll sign off for now. I hope you found at least some of this email of interest. Further updates will be sent when content, and time, allow.
Photographically yours,
John
